Cleans? Vid For Humber.
Greasy, in your training log you mention doing cleans. What are they? - Humber

Hey Clint, thanks for the vid of cleans. I can't recall ever seeing you do those before when I was attending Greasy's Gym. Anyway, I was wondering when you said cleans whether you were talking about power cleans because I've been reading about them. Because my gym doesn't have a power rack cleans are, apparently, a good way to get a barbell up for front squats. Having said that the technique looks a bit daunting but gotta start somewhere.
Did them a bit at ESP. Haven't done them much at Greasy's. Going to include them for a few cycles because they feel like they will build some good dead speed and also are great for upper back.
